36th Street Garden Plaza—Garden Center & Bistro – LEED Silver[if_slider id=”810″] This LEED Silver building includes a 9,000sf retail space adjacent to a 3,000sf bistro. The building is efficiently heated with geothermal radiant floor heating. The central rotunda is wrapped with operable windows for natural ventilation which are part of the 3-stage natural cooling system.
