Ada County Courthouse LEED-EB Study – Boise, Idaho
Modus Architecture completed a LEED for Existing Buildings study on the Ada County Courthouse and Administration Building that improved the existing building’s water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, indoor air quality, and materials and resources. It was one of 52 buildings selected be the nationwide pilot program for LEED-EB.
The Ada County Courthouse received LEED Silver Certification in May 2005 and is the first LEED Certified Building in Idaho.
