Ada County Courthouse LEED-EB Study – Boise, Idaho Modus Architecture completed a LEED for Existing Buildings study on the Ada County Courthouse and Administration Building that improved the existing building’s water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, indoor air quality, and materials and resources. It was one of 52 buildings selected be the nationwide pilot program for LEED-EB.
Holland & Hart – Boise, Idaho We provided tenant improvement and space planning services for Holland & Hart, LLP, a law firm. This project consisted of improvements to the 14th and 15th floors of the U.S. Bank Plaza, totaling 29,200sf. Work included adding interior non-bearing walls, interior windows and doors, millwork, finishes and suspended ceilings.
